Named Community – Allocation upon arrival
With this option, you’ll know the community/area you’ll be staying in, but not the exact villa. As each villa is privately owned, the styles and furniture will change from villa-to-villa. It’s more expensive than a Disney Area Villa, but cheaper than knowing the exact villa in advance. This is a great choice for you if you want to know where you’ll be, but don’t need to know the exact villa.
Book The Exact Villa You Want
Not only will you know the exact community you’ll be staying in, you’ll even know which villa too. It’s the most expensive option, but you’ll have the peace of mind knowing exactly where you’ll be staying and what the villa will look like.
